THIS IS THE PROGRAM

Phased Coaching

Phase 1

We gain the incredibly valuable skill of improving chemistry and physiology, at will, through the breath. Capnography feedback and home practice are key to this phase. 

Phase 2

We take the skill from Phase 1 into daily activities. This is where the work starts to make lasting changes.

Phase 3

We take the skills of the first two phases and “ninja-fy” them. This phase is great for those wanting to improve athletic performance or go deeper in self-discovery meditative practices. We consider this phase “bonus territory.”
